Rappies, drop nothing again.

I was soloing Mad Beasts S2 for fun today, and it was hard as hell because I had to kill 3 Gol Dolvas in that room you get into through the portal, and I ran out of traps. I had to drop my scape dolls and die on purpose. Then I messaged everyone to say "Holy sh** I think I got the rare map!" So, the only three people to answer were Mr.666, Disco Hades, and Relentless Hero, they helped me kick some Gol Dolva ass. Then we finally reached the last room and we were all like "Oh, sh**! Rappies!" So anyway, I had to tell them all not to kill the Rappies yet, as I wanted to put my capture card on record. I turned it on and said "Whip their motherf***in' asses!" We killed all four, I called the Giga / Skill PP Save, but of course none dropped. Then someone (I forgot who) called the [B] Sweet Death, but it didn't drop either. We got four Rappy Feathers.

It's not absolute that you'd get the wanted drops from rare enemies everytime you see them. Nothing surprising here.

It's a joke for us old people...

Basically, TV stations used to air commercials for their 11:00PM newscasts at 6 or 7PM...just little blurbs, but they used to say "Film at 11" after it, meaning that they had footage of the occurance. For example: "A 16 month old baby trapped down a well in Texas, film at 11".

It was then adopted into popular culture and used in a sarcastic manner whenever anyone said something that they thought was important, yet is really mundane or unsensational. If you would say something really excitedly like "I just found a nickel on the ground!!!!", I would then say in a sarcastic tone "Film at 11"....it's kinda like "Stop the presses!!!"

Anyway, this has since become obsolete as the phrase is no longer used...much like "Talk to the hand" and "All that AND a bag of chips!".

Well maybe not that much Family matters more... ANYwho yea expecting rare enemies to drop rare items is pretty dumb at this point... learned my lesson on ragol didn't expect it to be diffeent here xD

I get Rappies once for every ~500 hours of play. So I wouldn't know about this one. Just be glad people like me are there to take the blunt of the bad luck with Rappies...just so you guys can see them more often.

They should have higher drop rates, considering it's rare to encounter them in the first place. Their rates are probably 1/50 or worse. It should be no higher than 1/21.

Yeah it definitely is, I've found rappies at least 8 times since I started playing the game, never got an exclusive rare like the Giga / Skill PP Save. Same with Jaggoes. Never got anything except the Jao decoration during FireBreak. I'm not even looking for Jaggoes now. I think their drops are pretty worthless, to be honest.
