Only reason Supes is around is because Erradicator brought him back to life using Kryptonian tech.

Also the magic "weakness" isn't exactly a weakness, they just have no special protection against it. Which is freakin funny because He-Man and Lion-O could fuck up Superman with their swords.

Doomsday is something that back Kryptonians they evolved further than that, they are naturally smarter than humans and yes they are stronger even under Rao but that's because Krypton is bigger than Earth.

Supes reincarnation got retconned in that it's nigh impossible to kill one with solar energy in their cells.

Kal-L died during Infinite Crisis, although that was after getting a beatdown from Superboy-Prime. I'm also reminded of DC One Million and Superman: Red Son. What you're talking about is invulnerability. Immortality is something completely different.
