Log-In Won't Work

I have no problem running the game or the log-in anymore. Except when I enter my information for network mode it says;
"(No.33)
Network Connection Error
Unable to access DNS server"

Then it gives me the option to either retry or log out. It's either that it's case sensitive and I can't get it to make capitol letters for my login name, or that I'm on a wireless network. Or maybe it's something else. I hope a tech guy sees this...
