Hunters guild?

in the instruction book it says the hunters guild is available in singlle and split screen play for quests but i cant find it, could someone please tell me where it is?

As far as I know the Hunters Guild only works in single player, not split screen(it works online however).

When you first start the game and you "appear" in that room, turn left to the counter and that's the Hunter's Guild.
