I would suggest against watching any daytime cartoons anymore. From what I have seen, not too many good cartoons on.

Animaniacs, Whose Line is it Anyway (Cancelled, but technically still on TV), and old game shows that were two hells of a lot better than game shows now.

They can't even put it on DVD because of all the music licensing issues. And USA stopped airing it in the mornings/afternoons.
