PSU-Item: Aksuc+grind better? help plz :(

Im thinking about making an Aksuc, but you know, since it is a Kubara product does it get as good as an Ank Pikor when it's grinded or better? I've heard some Kubara products get very good as you grind them
closer to +10 or at +10 they get big chunk of ATP/PP.

If i remember right, There was a topic about this before, The name is a hint, AKSUC-K.
When you grind it to 10 it has about the same stats as a pikor.

The 8* kubara knock offs that you buy from the NPC are pretty much knock-offs of normal weapons. Even at +10, theur stats are only half decent. The only real use they serve is leveling PA's. If you're going to take the time and effort to grind, do it on a 9*.

Aksuc +10 is barely good as a Ank Barde (7*) +0 ATP wise. It's mainly for PA spamming, like some psuedo-Yohemi Axe but the effort it takes to get one you seem better off with normal Tenora Axes and just waiting for the real Yohemi ones in AoI if you want more PP sort of deal.

Don't forget that Kubara melee weapons have a 10% reduction on Photon Art damage too...so that ATP difference will really bite you in the ass.

arent the 8* kubara knuckles actually good? i have one grinded 4 times and i think its stronger than the 7* already

But Axes have enourmous amounts of ATP and their PAs have rather large modifiers. Subtracting 10% from your ATP, your weapon's ATP and the PA modifier, not to mentioin the elemental bonuses will dent quite a lot of potential PA power. Kubara melee weapons tend to either have vast amounts of PP or a much higher ATA base statistic like the Knuckles. Aksuc unfortunately, just didn't live up to it's description. Maybe.

The gudda brebac? Not really. I have a pair grinded to +10 and It doesn't do much more damage than ungrinded 9* tenora knuckles. The only difference was that the kubara has massive ATA so it hits everytime on the knuckle ultimate PA, even with a beast fortefighter.
Melee-wise it's easier to make an elemental set of 9*'s to +5 compared to a set of kubara 8*'s to +10.

Aksuc was a big help for me leveling up Anga Durega. At +0 you'd do more damage hitting things with a pillow, so you can use your PA over and over again. Good PP stat too.
