You know, just about every character in the Sonic series is more likely to get in than Sonic himself. They just have more attacks.

If they include any Sonic character, I'd want it to be Emerl, it'd be pretty awesome to mimic an opponent's entire moveset, and his final smash could be switching to Ultimate Emerl for a short time.

If Emerl mimicked one of the Pokemon Trainer's Pokemon, and he switched them out, would he mimic the new Pokemon?

Or would Emerl be more like playing as Charade from Soul Calibur?

It'd probly be like Kirby, but without eating them, and he'd copy all of their moves and such, he'd pretty much snage the character's behavior, for pokemon trainer, he'd probly just copy the one that's out when copies it, and keep the same one after it was switched out.

Not sure which special it would be, though, they'd probly use down special, because they tend to use that for weird stuff like that.

He'd be like in Sonic Battle, if you didn't copy someone's moves, he'd have his garbage ones and crappy jump height, slow run. He'd be hard to use, but if you got good at it he'd kick ass.

Maybe when you use the down special, he'd mimic the nearest character so long as the were in range and in the direction you were facing.

His Final would be straight broken without a very short duration, Ultimate Emerl wasn't fair at all.

eh, I'd be more excited about the game if there were people around here worth playing, or I had an online connection, but currently I have neither. Though it wouldn't be that hard to set up wireless. I already have everything in the house on a wireless router, doubt it's any harder to set up nintendo wifi.

I suppose I should also add that currently, I have no reason to set it up either, nor have I had one in the past, which is why I never looked it up.

I don't see any reason for Mewtwo to be removed, as he had his own kind of style for the most part (or at least a heavily different copy of another character), that and even with Pokemon Trainer, they are still keeping Pikachu. It's not likely they'd reduce a once playable character to another character's cameo move. I could see them removing Pichu though.

Since they seem to be announcing characters about once a week or so, we'll still see a huge addition of characters from here to release, keeping up this pace. And I don't really see them lessening the rate at all, they've likely figured out how much they could do from now to then.

That's also not considering secret characters that they wouldn't talk about until well after release.
