Yes, other cheeses are good, save for parmesan, also cottage cheese, but that's just nonstandard cheese there, I don't think I've encountered any other cheese I dislike, though.

I love spicy foods, but I'm not a fan of pepper jack. I prefer yellow cheeses to white cheeses.

i use to eat cottage cheese, haven't had it in a long time, and my tastes have changed since. My guess would be I'd need to be in the mood for it.
