Yes, HULK has one, and last I know AlphaJuggalo sold one for over 10 million meseta.

I havent seen the rucar in his shop but i have seen the ank dedda so it could be true

I made the first Carriguine-Rucar many moons ago, and many have been found since, less than 10, but still a handful.

They can be found, last one made I know about is a 22% Ground.

my friend xXDiabloXx has one. a 12% ice one. (HULK doesnt hav one anymore; thats OLD NEWS)
