Is there something like 'mygamecard' available for PC?

I would love to have one of these in my signature.. problem is I mostly game on my PC on PSU, WoW and GW's... I am sure I have seen something very similiar in peoples signtures somewhere.

If anyone can help me out I'd be greatfull!
