I dont want to beleive that sealab is the fastest way from lvl 69 to lvl 70. If anyone can direct me to the fastest way both solo and group pls let me know because its gonna take way to many sealabs and im seriously bored with that place.

What class do you play?

Secret Mission B gives reasonable EXP & you can of course always find a party there...

Otherwise, just find the highest ranked mission you can do & hit it with friends (Moatoob is always good).

As far as experience points go, I always held the notion that the higher the level of the enemies you face, the higher points you get. There appears to be a bit of throttling (you receive less points) if you're over thirty levels below or so, apparently... not sure how much of a difference that really makes, though.

Cost of Research S2 on Neudaiz is a favorite of mine. LV50 requirement, but with LV90~LV100 creatures. Uh... just don't go alone. And tag those Kog Nadds from a distance.

I'd pick up Killer Shot, get it to 21, and solo a robot-filled mission like Grove of Fanatics, Desert Goliath, Train Rescure, or Endrum Remnants. I've been soloing in Grove S2 from 71-78 and it's been very fast.

With access to rifles and Killer Shot, robot missions like Train Rescue, Desert Goliath, Grove of Fanatics, et al. are also fly by with experience. Load up on cheap C grade rifles (to ease the photon recharge cost) and let loose.
