I saw this a couple hours ago but I had no idea what the fudge it was trying to say.

I assumed it was about the delayed Hacking reimbursement, but that wouldn't make sense to post on a 360 page.

This message appeared on both the 360 and PC/PS2 sites earlier today as an apology for the sites being down for a bit. I noticed the downtime personally. It was pretty odd; just the shell of the site appeared, but there was no information to be seen. The news section on the main page was completely blank, for example.

Anyway, what the message is actually saying is this:
