Those weapons sell extremely fast when sold at 10mil and so-so when sold at 15mil. Now value wise I'd have to say these weapons are VERY valuable but not everyone can pay or will pay 20mil for one. This is all assuming you mean 9* weapons+10.

10 mil seems to be the standard neighborhood (give or take [mainly give] 1-2 mil) for +10 9*s
