PS 2 Error 610 cannot connect to DNAS--Help

Hello all,
This is my first post so let me introduce myself as the Player known as Ramen.
I Recently went away to college and for a few days now I have been trying to access the PSU network. However, I have been having difficulty. When I try and log on i get stopped at the DNAS connection screen. The game displays the message Error -610 and I have been unable to proceed beyond it. I have all of the connection settings set to auto because i have been unsuccessfully in locating any network information for my campus.
The router issued is a CentreCom model MR415T.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

-610 NET_SSL
An SSL session error occured. "DNAS Error (-610) A network error has occurred." Please double-check your network connection and/or network configuration.

"Chances are that it's in your network config. That's the network error code relating to the secure socket layer. Your username, password or even the server name, may not be right. It could also simply be, that the server you're trying to reach is down as well.
One other thing it could be, is an invalid game disk. If you're using a modded box and a ripped game, it may not authorize you."
