PSU for PC

Um ive been looking around for a while now

How can I get the PC version and do I still play with xbox players? I have tried the xbox one the last 2 days, I dont even know how to talk and im really lost. I was thinking the PC version would make things easier for me. Help:(

in PSU for 360 u can press the back button to bring up and on-screen keyboard, or u can plugg in a USB keyboard to type. on 360 u can also use a mic to speak while in parties and in rooms.

PC/PS2 is not connected to 360.
