Incomer to PSU

Some of you might not know me because I haven't played PSU in a while on teh PeS2...

I was thinking of starting over on the eXbawX360 (since I got it for Gearz/DoA4)

How is the moneh system over there? and are there enough low lebels so I can level with them? http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_razz.gif

For the money system I personally feel that it is bad since HSM was released because now it's easier for noobs to make money. After this I noticed a sharp increase in prices in the player shops making it damn near impossible to buy anything. I can't complain though because the PC/PS2 servers still have it far worse. Pretty much on 360 it's degraded to ok but not what it once was and it could be better. In terms of noob players there are still plenty of them but I tend most often to run into the arrogant ones that think they're better than someone else.(namely a level 83 CAST FF) I have run into some friendly respectable people though. Either way despite whatever problems I might have with the game I would still choose 360 over PC/PS2.

There are lots of new people spamming on HSM and if you start out, try and be at least 15 before you go there to increase you chance of finding a party, afterwards, there is always at least a few parties in crimson beast, a lot in Sea lab, and a good mix in the new missions to hang around. I cant say anything about the economy because I try and make most of my stuff though ( and fail a lot )

I really want to play PSU, but IMO the leveling system is harsh...

Regarding the in-game economies, both PC/PS2 and Xbox 360 will benefit greatly from the shop search improvements when the expansion arrives. Part of the reason people get away with overpricing is because most people don't have the patience to spend ten minutes going through a list of player shops to find out which is the lowest price. If it's a high demand item, people aren't as willing to search thoroughly for the lowest price because the item might not be there after checking the other 30+ shops on the search results.

It's a temporary problem, but it'll resolve itself.

I just started playing PSU on the 360, and the economy isn't all that horrible compared to other mmo's like WoW or FFxi.

It's never too late to join in again.
ST keeps up with stupid missions like HSM which you can just spam to keep up the pace others have right then easily.
I guess AotI will be released by the time you get back?
