The highest Double Saber you can obtain in offline extra mode is the Nightwalker non-element which you can buy from G.R.M.
The only Double Saber you can add an element to if you synth is the normal Double Saber with 4 stars. (so with high % Bone Dance and Nightwalker will get useless anyways)

And I'm VERY sure that the Twin-Headed Ragnus is NOT 5,5 mil lool I think it costs like 500k or 550k at G.R.M, too.
