S rank costs on PSU XBOX 360

On the PS2/PC servers, S ranks used to (and maybe still) cost 99 mil meseta...

How much is it for 1 rarz on teh eXbox360?

Plus, is it easy to have (lets say) 1 million and be able to make money off of synthing?
