Drill fist?

Some time ago i saw on psu uploader a cast wearing this weapon.First i though it was the new drop of the new jagos but as you all know its the bico what we can find.So anyone know what happened with this weapon?.It was just a hacked pic?

They're actually called Drill Knuckles.

I think this picture just shows the 10-12* Knuckles.
We already got Skela and Hon.
(Or am I just seeing things that the 10* Knuckle looks just like Skela?<.<)
