Solid / Power S drops from De Ragan. Your best bet would be Crimson Beast.

At Foran Waterfalls (and subsequently Denes Lake) the De Ragnus drops the Solid / Hit S.

You can check the database...I think any S-Rank or above DeRagen or DeRagnus mission will drop it...It's a Boss Box drop, I believe.

Plains Overlord S runs.

Decent exp, nice frags, good for bullet leveling, possible Skill Save. It's a really nice mission for mid-levels. I've been soloing with my 60-70 FG.

Plains Overlord S as it's the fastest Ragan mission you can do that still drops the Unit.

Ragnus drops Acc Units (Soldd / Hit S; Cati / Hit) and Ragan drops Atp units (Solid / Power S; Cati / Power)

you cannot get a solid / power from Duel of the Ruins or Duel Sential (sp?)

I would recommend ruler of the plains as you can solo it making sure if one drops you get it.
