Do level 20 Jaggos Drop Ank Bicos and Fireworks?

I'm pretty sure they can. I got a fireworks deco from level 20 Jaggos. No Bico yet but I think they drop from all levels.

ok thanks ive been doing dual sentinal B but it goes a lot faster on C.

Most of the Jaggo Acte I've seen were level 20, but they only dropped meseta, and 1 Fireworks deco. I only got a Bico from level 30 Jaggos. I think the C rank ones can drop the Bico, but rarely do so.

OH so your Kitty, ive seen you on here but never made the connection. and yes im usually confused
well i found 7 sets of jaggos in a hour and 1/2 but all they dropped were meseta.

bico can drop on c but has a higher rate of dropping on higher missions

I think the drop rates are the same on all difficulties.
