PSU: Free in September?

Ok guys hi, so Ive heard this rumor from quite a few people, they say that this game is gonna be free in september, i dont mind paying i just want it confirmed.

so is it yay, or nay.

No offense meant, we're just trying to make a point that there have been a LOT of rumors flying around with little to no backing. We're just trying to get people to realize that you really shouldn't believe everything you hear, and if you can't find more information about it on your own, it's VERY unlikely that it's true.

An admin said it on the official forum. I think it's in the anoouncemnt section. As I recall PSO was never free(well, not offfically:/). SAying that though the game is real cheap now in the UK. £4.99.

Thats interesting. I know they stopped taking new subscribers around a month before it closed. I was on XBox just before that time(EU version) and by the time I finally left(January) they were still charging. I was into PSU from October 06 but stopped PSO as there was no-one there, I mean no-one. Was that the case with GC/DC?
