To be more precise, 360 is much harder to hack than PC. At the current stage of the game, I don't think that's going to make too much of a difference.

Oh wait, 50mil S ranks. Never mind.

um just the fact that theres always issues on here about hacked weapons on PC. say like that agito replica..

That's one occurrence out of the thousands of players. In reality, you don't notice any hacking, besides what's already been fixed and the depleting inflation.

Use facts when saying statements, otherwise you start rumors.

Also since 360 has more players you'll probably run into quite a few assholes. The price of having many players.

ok, how about the fact that they HAD to do a wipe?!
that people WERE hacking and they had to fix it

hows that not proof enough...

Were. Not anymore. It was really bad at one point, but now it's not. Stop thinking that it is.

Rumors != Fact, it's pretty plain and simple.
Though we might not have a whole lot of players, the PC population is very heathy and robust.

Here's the facts as they are:


The PC version had a fairly brief problem with hackers
There are no apparent problems with hacking now.
There was no "wipe" that occurred. Items that could not be obtained legitimately were removed from inventories, but no data was otherwise lost.
Sonic Team has stayed on top of the hacking issues with PSU, where they failed utterly on PSO. This game is really quite clean.
The only real advantage that the Xbox 360 version has over the PC/PS2 version is the presence of a larger population.
The only real advantage the PC version has over the Xbox 360 version is the potential for better graphics, depending on the player's equipment.


I'm going to lock this thread before it becomes a problem.
