How do I use it on my PM? I bought one and I'm not finding any option anywhere...

Feed it like feeding an item. Just be sure to have the right series.

remember also that it has to be fully evolved already, you can't go from zero to having a 451 and such. At least not on 360, I don't know about ps2/pc

360 or PC, we are playing the same game, the same requirements for the change. ;|
