New Server! What do you think?

In case you haven't noticed... Tomeeboy.com and PSO World have moved in to their new server! The new server is a MONSTER compared to the old one, so we shouldn't be seeing any more performance problems for a long time!

Just wanted to check with you guys though, and make sure everyone else is getting a smooth connection. There may be a few flaws/bugs hiding around in one of the sites, since we had to transfer all of the files to an entirely new machine... so if you stumble upon something that doesn't look right, please let us know!

Love the speed, but one of the problem I've experienced is that the folder for new post is not red, but yellow.

I'm glad everyone is having luck with this- Unfortunatly, I'm not.. Still reloading and when the 4-10pm window of Charter Cable Peak access.. I can't even get in- so I use the NZ account i use for PSO.. Heh- Go fig.

Yup.... MUCH BETTER. Thanks. It was taking forever on my T1 connection. Did you upgrade the Server and the connection, or just the Server? Made a BIG difference what ever you did!

LOL... thanks for all the responses. I'm glad everyone likes the new server.

KeyserSoze: Red folder icons are still showing up for me next to new posts.

SON-Reace: Both the server and the bandwidth were upgraded. The new server also has newer versions of PHP (with Zend) and MySQL... which also help speed things up.

We'll probably be making some minor tweaks and changes thoughout the next week or so to speed things up even more. I notice a little bit of slowness with the message boards... so we may try to optimize them so things load a little faster.
