That could have been it. I remember it being one of about a dozen items that was removed cuz of hacking. There was this insane group of Japanese hackers that had illegal items and actually started prank calling one of the Japanese players I played with a lot. She claimed she had no idea how they got her number.

There are others but you don't see many of them thus your chances @ it are lower based ondrop rates and # of enemy spawns per map combined.
