Title says it all I heard 3 months I heard One year so what is the right one?

They reserve your characters for 3 months, after that they have no guarantee.

thx a friend quit about 5 to 5 1/2 months ago and was thinking of coming back but when he went to playsega it would not log in. Thats why i asked. again thanks for the reply
