View Full Version : Everytime I wanna renew my PSU account, I have problems.

Card number not going through, or it freezes in place saying subscription update, but my card isn't charged, nor is my account activated. I feel the need to complain to ST, but instead I just wont. I wont bother, these people are so incompetant they don't even have a stable billing system. Last time I had to wait 2 days because it locked up.
This is a sign.

I got tired of renewal hassles so I signed up for the 6-month plan. At least this way I only have to deal with it twice a year. >.>;;

That option was missing ~_______________~ so I couldnt even sign up for that.
