what is the point of bullet masteric?

i was taking a look at the twin handgunz, and noticed the bullet masteric was way weeker, ground ..it was less than astounding.

its pp was less than its counter parts!? is this a kubara product?

so the gist is , is there something we don't know about?

does it give high lvl SE or something?

I have no clue about Bullet Masterics ... I haven't seen a grind table for them either. If you know how to contact Balthasar, ask him; he's the go-to guy for weapons at their fullest potential.

On topic however, Bulletmasteric is like the Cubo Upindec, there just for the loooks, it has less ATP, ATA and PP than it's counterpart so it's not worth it. Shame really but ehhh... What can you do? The description did kind of warn you about it being dodgy, didn't it?

I just took a look at a Bulletmasteric's stats. Doesn't it have higher ATP overall? 180 to the Bulletmaster's 177? Does that gap widen with grinds?
