Ambition of the Illuminus Perfect Bible

From Shougai PSO (http://www.g-heaven.net/pso/topics/070914a.html), it's been revealed that another PSU Perfect Bible will be published by Enterbrain, this time for Ambition of the Illuminus. An exact release date has not been set, but it is scheduled to be released this November. The price will be 2940 yen (tax included).

No announcement has been made about it being formally translated and the odds of it happening are extremely low.

Sadly, these kinds of in-depth books usually never receive an official localization. Over here, you get 200-page guides for games that sometimes aren't the most thorough. But in Japan, you have the Ultimania series of guides for certain games, which are basically 700+ page dissections of that particular game.

Finally, some new information (http://www.enterbrain.co.jp/jp/p_catalog/book/2007/978-4-7577-3952-9.html) on this. Well, kind of. The release date has changed from a tentative November to December 15. Still no listing on Amazon, but I'll keep checking for it.

That's pretty expensive! Almost $30.. Xenosaga Bible came with the game Xenosaga Episode 3 as an in-game function. Oh well... I guess we shouldn't be stingy, when the fact that the idea of having PSU Perfect Bible is too awesome to be true. Long Live PSU!!!

Not quite. It's more of a data/info book on every aspect of the game.

If it's anything like the first Perfect Bible, this will feature maps of the different fields, CG artwork of each of the enemies, various stats on them, drop charts (by enemy and area), lists of different items that are available (as well as some currently unreleased stuff) and much, much more.
