So the new PMs don't use Techs?

I recently noticed that my 434 no longer used wands when she was about to die. I kinda liked my 432's ability to keep itself alive through an entire Overlord S solo.

Has anyone else noticed this or did I just overlook it?

My 424 heals still, pretty decently. She'll heal a little less often then my old 422 model but she's still a tank

Bah, never mind. I jumped on for one more run for tonight and notice my 434 FINALLY pulled out a wand at the very end of my run. >_<

I demoted her back to 432 anyway. All the 434 does is stand there and look pretty, at least I get Jellen and Resta out of the 32.

The same goes for the 433, if you are ever tempted. Stick to the 432.

Yeah my 414 does not seem to heal either.

I have yet to see my 434 pull out a wand and it was especially annoying since I wanted to see her SUV yesterday. GH434s attack pattern is kind of lacking imo but when she does get in the swing of things whatever those new rifle pa's are they do help justify her.

443 and 444 were awful. 443 just fires her laser cannons and occasionally hits stuff, but nothing special. 444 is even worse... she has laser cannons and they fire with similar effect, but she also carries grenade launchers, firing at least two paces BEHIND enemies. If she manages to hit anything with the grenade launcher, it's purely by accident. Neither keep tabs on their health either.

So that was 150K wasted to resume using what I had in the first place, a 442. If you have a 440 series, stick to 441 or 442.

It might be possible that you got some of the changes made to PMs on the Japanese version a little bit ago.

All the 4x3 and 4x4 PMs were changed from the offline hunter/ranger/force gear types to the advanced classes. And while they apparently can still use a wand for resta, their AI probably doesn't go there very often if at all.

I've seen my new pm (gh433) pull out a rod once and cast resta like 5 times and so far that is it.
