also where are the good money missions besides HSM.

People don't dislike Duel Sentinel but a lot of people are on a hotspot, Duel in the Relics.
I don't know but I guess it is still more populated than Denes Relics.
Double Agito drops on DitR S2, too and it is faster to do with a good team which you should get together easily.

how exactly do you get to the Seabeds from parum

On PC/PS2 I've noticed a large majority in Neudiaz Guardian's Branch doing "Her Secret Mission"

And to get to seabed on Parum, the fastest way is to take West district's Train mission.
