View Full Version : PSU-PS2: About those Rappy suits...

I know we don't have them yet, and won't get them until some sort of festa/famitsu event takes place for the NA/EU servers, but I have a question about some pics I've seen taken by players on the Jpn server.
It was mentioned that only Casts get the different colors of rappy suits. However, on the PSU items section on this site, the "fleshy" females have all the colors shown under the information on the female rappy suit. Which is it? And if it is split that way, why? If anything anyone should be able to be any color....*puzzles*

I think the way it worked is that you could only trade in to get the one outfit...but since CAST parts have no assigned color to their parts, it can change. I don't know if they'll release the other colored suits later, or if that's how that's even how they did it.

From what I've seen while searching shops and looking at other players, it seems that you were given a random color-combination rappy suit for fleshies. CAST Parts have no colors, Rappy Suit included. You merely change your CAST's "Main Color", which changes Part colors too.

According to http://pwv.sakura.ne.jp/ theres only one color, though I want to say we could buy different colors from the feather man. PSU-wiki took down the famitsu info, and everyone who walks around in different colors seems to be cast whenever I check. *shrug*

And nah, it wasn't random. The freebie was the standard rappy color. So I guess the answer about different colors is that they were buyable for 2 feathers.

So that means for 2 feathers you can change the color of the suit you already own? And does the "feather man" stick around after the event is over so you can change whenever?

Nah, like the ban-photons for firebreak, you gave them 2 feathers to get a rappy costume of your choice. And he's gone after the event.

But you still have to complete all the missions to get a suit in the first place, correct?

Complete all of the missions that famitsu offered with 10 point clears. Any rank. Do all 4, and get the rappy costume along with the famitsu comic wand.

oooo....nifty...though I'm sure we aren't getting the wand. XD

I noticed that on some of the video I've seen for festa and stuff, there is a 0/10 in the corner of the screen. Are these the points you're talking about?

Yes.

In the Gurhal Crossreview event, you played missions with Chips hidden in various locations. You had to find them via in-game clues and puzzles, mazes, etc. Getting 9 or more netted an S-Rank clear, and the chance to play an EX Bonus Mission.

It was 8, but technicalities technicalities...

I hope we get it and everything else with another event, or maybe as a prize in the casino... http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_frown.gif I would really like to have my pink bikini and pink formal dress at some point.

In the Famitsu event, only the Yellow suit was given out.

Really? So you could only get the colors by trading in two feathers for them, no matter your race?

Organics could only get the Yellow Suit. There is only one Cast outfit, but you can vary the color on it by going to Lumilass. Also, you had to complete all four Famitsu quests to get the Rappy Suit. You couldn't trade in Rappy feathers to get it.

No no, I meant, once you already had a rappy suit you could trade in feathers just to change its color. That's what I wanna know. Cause otherwise, how did that female New(human) get all the colors to model them in the Item Database?

So you have to get 10 points in each mission to get the suit eh? Looks like I have to find some people to play with then >>

10 points is the max I think. You just have to get S(10 Pts clear) on every mission, any rank from C-A. You shouldn't need a party if you do it on C for each planet. But then you won't get EX missions. =0

You can get 8 points solo, can't remember for sure about 10 points. But all you need is 8 points for the EX mission, so yes you can solo for EX

I see...but you can only get the EX on A rank right?

You can get them on any rank. And in game they're called Bonus Missions.

okay, question for your menochi....

can you only get one per account? or if you do all the missions (with 10 points on each) with multiple chars, can you can get more than one rappy suit? i would hate to have to choose between the human, female cast and male cast if you only get one..... or are they unirace/unisex? i have no clue.

edit; looked at ryna's earlier post and it says that the cast is unisex. so that just leaves the question of whether you only get one per account.

Is it 100% confirmed that you can get this on C?

Other than the Song For Death, the Rappy Suit is what I came into this tourney after.

Does anyone know where and how to get a rappy suit. My friend Ayeka and I (Ayeka's Guardian) are beating our brains out trying to get one. Please reply. *URGENT* Before we have no brains left.

If you read the posts above, you get it when you clear all 4 missions with a 10. We've only had 3 so far, so it's still not available.
