I believe it's high time that Google, our digital lord and savior, got it's own cult. Think about how many times Google saved your asses!? Need a few more additional sources for your paper and can't find 'em, who did you turn to: Google? Needed a new application for your computer but didn't want to buy one: Google? Didn't know what a word was or how to spell it: Google. Horny and in need of a quick fix: Google?

Videos: Google (with GooTube)
Shopping: Google
Word processing: Google
Databases: Google
E-Mail: Google
411: Google
Yahoo: Google

Damn it, DON'T YOU SEE. JOIN NOW AND BE SAVED! (And hurry, it's won't be long till Google launches Google AI and our furher will become sentient!)

BTW: Interesting side note, Google plans on funding a space program for the private sector to launch a unmanned space probe and land it on the moon to take pictures of Earth.

Google also wants to take their money and start making their own cell-phone service provider.

Goophonin'

There's other search engines out there but they usually only get press for being something like Google for X, Google for Y.

Such as Spock.com

And err, info copies from google search. http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_redface.gif
Spock
Spock is a search application that organizes information around people. The Spock vision is to create a search result of everyone in the world.

Spock.com hopes to become the Google of people searches
Spock.com went into public beta today after several months of private testingand prides itself in providing the "richest people search experience on the web ...

Used to type in sentences from my schoolwork papers into Google.

If it was something out of a textbook, the answers would come up.

It was fantastic. Could have sworn that several times I even heard chorus and angels after running those searches..

I'll never quite understand why people say Ask Jeeves is better.
How do we join? Google's saved my ass more times than Spock's appeared on Star Trek x]

Even though I don't like Star Trek, I still find it funny that you can search the web in Klingon (http://www.google.com/webhp?oe=UTF-8&hl=xx-klingon&q=&tab=iw). http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_lol.gif

Also available in Elmer Fudd (http://www.google.com/intl/xx-elmer/).

And I don't even know what the hell this one (http://www.google.com/webhp?oe=UTF-8&q=&hl=xx-bork&tab=dw) is from, but its name amuses me. http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_smile.gif

apparently so for the last poster. I like it as much as I like any other weapon of death, but it's still pretty low on the list. To quick.
