Should I get this PA? I was thinking about getting it in place of my other bow bullets in order to free up more space for techs and skills(Wartecher). I figured that it may make sense since I only use the bow for boss fights anyways. So how strong is it and how much pp does it use?

The PAs stats bonuses and slower rate of fire are just not worth the time or frags sadly.

For bows, you're better off getting Burn and Dark bows as their lv 4 SEs really help in terms of support damage.

for wartecher it's a decent PA. Given, the firing rate is really slow, but the range makes up for it. As Wartecher can't use bows for SE very well, all you need it to do is for hitting targets occasonally which it definately succeeds in. And the attack modifier on it is really high, so you'll be doing more damage than you would be using the the correct element. As techs get a much higher SE than bows do for wartecher this is actually a good bullet to go with to free up space.
