AND I DECIDED TO MESS WITH SOME *ahem* Tweak out my FRAPS settings, to achieve maximum video quality with minimum video size. The program SUPER was being an asshole to me, so I had to circumsize the file with Windows Movie Maker. If anyone knows how to run SUPER, please inform me.

I've used SUPER to compress some stuff. Takes a bit of trial and error but once you get it, its very powerful.
