This is an explanation to the question I've seen in several posts about whether or not the Tekkers change weapon %s. People have tried to explain but have never got the really simple answer, so here it is.
Lets say you find a ??? Saber that has 10% Native. When you take it to the Tekker and have it examined, the Native % will be between 0% and 20%, in other words 10 up or down from the original number. Say the first time you tek it it comes back 0% native. If you choose not to accept it and then tek it again, the number will be different. You can do this as much as you want until you get the highest amount which in this case would be 20%. This applies to all weapons, from ??? Sabers to those SPECIAL WEAPONS, but keep in mind it has to have a % somewhere to begin with, or it will always be zero.
In the case of %s on multiple types, The will all increase or decrease the same amount.
As for Element on ??? weapons and the Grind amounts, I don't know. I don't pay attention because at lower levels where you're more likely to find weaker elements they don't hit enough anyway. Also, I don't know how Hit %s work either, so if someone could enlighten us about them that would be great.
