Just got screenshots of the GM talking at the 2 PM Bonfire session. I unfortunately had all the names turned on on my screen (at least I think that's frowned upon, if not I can post the full screenshots for 'validity' if anyone is that picky), so I cropped it to what the GM said.

Yes. Beast M said that we should be getting an event very soon, followed by an event after the launch of AoI. I think he mentioned the Festa specifically, but I missed what the other event is going to be, because I entered the Uni while he was in mid-speech.

Also, shortly after the release of AoI, he said there should be another event right after.

Nothing has been definitely confirmed. Until we receive confirmation, I take this as FC being a possiblilty only. More promising now, but still a possibility....

AND, if they wanted to announce the cup, they should've just posted it on the official site. Why waste people's time with an "event"? Or, just use the "Information" section of the desktop thingy in our rooms....

They aren't being skeptic, they're being cynic.

Skeptic implies they have real evidence to doubt whatever it is they doubt, and are unbiased. Which is rarely the case when you mention Famitsu Cup.
