Just now got around to scanning it. It has a lot of good remixes, granted it took me a minute to get over the whole "ZOMG IT IS NOT TEH SAMEZ!!!!11", they range from techno stuff to woodwind, acoustic and piano and such. Most of the tracks are remixed from Imperishable Night and Perfect Cherry Blossom (with a remix of Phantom Ensemble that sounds good!), but there are a few Embodiment of Scarlet Devil tracks as well.
From the look of the booklet it came with, virtually every track was arranged by a different person.
