Playing AotI on PC

I'm sorry if this has been answered, but I'm very interested on playing PSU Expansion NOW!! LOL

So if I was to import the expansion from a website and use it on my pc, I know I would have to start from scratch as its the Japanese one, but I have a few questions.

Can you sign up with a UK credit card for the game, or must it be registered to a Japanese address?

How big is the population for English Speaking players on the PC?

I know its an expansion, but is the original game included with it or do you have to buy it separately? (I assume you do)

Works with any credit card as far as I know, doesn't verify by billing address.

Accout needs to have a Japanese address, there are solutions for those who don't have a real one.

No idea on the population, don't spend much/any time with the majority of importers.

Only need illuminus, don't need the first one.
