Yeah most are Groovy, but some suck big time. the sooner we stop calling them Ultimate PA', the sooner the Delusion will end. Frag PA's They Are!

Final PAs is what I've been calling them. Though I will say, the lance and sword PAs are indeed rather ultimate.

Yeah. My only complaint for Hikai, my lover, is that I think the roll should travel a little bit, and spread the 3 hits out.

Agreed! On a level of crazy-agree-ability.

Although, I'm still getting it for Quetz, JUST because it has Tornado in it.

Ok, I'm assuming the new bow ult PA is at best a one shot wonder. I'm specifically wanting it so I can knock something down, and then beat it down with melee. Is it worth that at least?

Wait, is Sega the one who officially called these PAs ultimate? Or was it simply us who called them ultimate? I would just call them frag PAs, I mean, you never know when in AoI, something better than the current PAs may come around.

the only total ripoff of afrag PA I can think of is Chousei-Sou for the bow. Sure it does damage equal to a lvl 14 Jisei-sou at only lvl 5, but it fires so slow that I'm not sure its really worth the hassle. Masei-sou ftw man.

I'm really looking forward to getting the UPAs for:

-Sword

-Twin Handguns (shut up it's happening anyway)
-Grenade Launcher
-Axe

What I'm NOT looking forward to:

-Hunting that many frags. = No one seems to want to do it, anymore...

Oh well, some of them are great, and they are new. The price isn't that much if you play S or S2 regularly, so it doesn't matter to me if the title "ultimate" is misleading or not. Not to me at least...

with a good saber you could easily get over 1500 a hit, with a high leveled PA, and 3k critical. Seen as high as 3300(about) damage critical on the dropkick

Frankly in terms of all the weapon UPAs I have, I dont think they could be called ultimate, considering each one has very good stats, but suck in one part or another. The Ult axe pa has a big hit radius and is great for damaging de ragan and thats about it, unless you're in a party that can distract mobs this pa is too vulnerable on its own. Compared to the 1st single claw pa the ult seems weaker, but that wont be the case in AoI since the 1st pa is getting nerfed (why??) I consider the spear ult pa to be in the same boat as the axe, great in parties, mediocre alone. Tornado dance seems to be the exception actually, great alone bad in parties depending on the mission. Nothing against ult PAs, just they usually seem to be all damage and nothing else (again, except TD) which I dont like

Drop kicks have no practical value. Any damage you do could be done with two flying kicks, which don't require you to fall on the floor, allowing a third kick.

I have Hikai but I'm too lazy to level it up...I'll get around to it because I want to spindash. At the moment it doesn't seem so ultimate, and from what Ive heard about 11+....only makes me less enthusiastic. Might try Dus Majarra or Gravity Break to have a broken PA, not to sure on the bullets.

i highly doubt they are the last PAs to be released, maybe the last before AoI, but certainly not the absolute last. There has already been info put out about a few new PAs to be released in AoI.

Aside from that, if these PAs were actually "ultimate" shouldnt they be "S" rank?
