Simple Answer: Because people keep viewing it.

Crea Doubles was one of the first S-Ranks to be released. Twice as many people have viewed it as the next most popular weapon (Svaltus Sword). The Crea Doubles board is in the top 10.

Well.. Crea Doubles still looks badass. http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_razz.gif Other S rank Doubles kinda look creepy IMO. xD And they don't have dayum Star Wars sound, too. ;p May be not the best weapon right now but I still like it.
