People abuse them on Prowler. Every bastard has one. I can understand the tanks and all but I mean damn, 16 people don't need a rocket for 2 tanks.

I especially hate it when they use them against people. My friend was spamming RPG's like crazy yesterday. After shooting 13 he finally got me with one.

Its a joke against CAD because thats the ONLY kind of face the artist draws.
There is also the CAD rule but I don't feel like explaining it.
