What does it take to create a 2nd account so i can make upto 4 more characters?This is for play on the PS2.

Just create a second PlaySega account and bill it to the same credit/debit card info as your first one.

You aren't supposed to own more than one license, which is why it's probably gonna hassle you.

Buh? I don't remember having a problem like that before. >_> Oh wait, my second account that I had once bought for my sister used my Yahoo! e-mail. My original account used a Hotmail address.

Yeah, it won't be too hard at all, really! Signing up for Hotmail, Yahoo! Mail, and Gmail are all free, so it shouldn't really a problem.
