PSU-PC/PS2: Sega Server Down ???? D:

Play sega site is down won't load https://billing.playsega.com/protected/securityCheck

Thats what I get when I try to go to Sega's Billing site.

Error when game logs in is,

(NO. 060) Failed to recognize sega ID
The servers may be undergoing maintenance

Does anyone know why this would happen and has anyone had this happen to them before?
