card/fan ultimate art?

has any attention been drawn to if there was an existing one or if the new one is any good?or is there a reason that there was no attention drawn....please clue me in?k thanks

i do know there is a new one, but i dont think its that great i think its like atp or agility debuff or something like that

The first is HP drain, the second I believe is a DFP debuff. Both of which are unneeded by any class that can currently use cards.
