Tranfer of current character data to AOI

It says you can use your current character in the new AOI game but does this mean their weapons and stats come with them and how would this effect the new AOI game.Might the game be to easier with a maxed out character useable at the beginning of the game.

You can transfer if you want, all weapons/level/meseta comes. Up to you if you find it easy or not.
