A) What is the % of getting the Blackbull
B) Should i wait AoI to insert the board?

I'll skip one cause I am not sure. and for number 2 I would wait for AOI to synth anything. I am going to but to each his own. Do as you feel If you want it now try it. If you can wait a month or so wait. It really is up to however.

I always heard it is easier to synth and grind but it has lower PP.

yea teh 66% synth rate and i dont know about the grinding sorry if i sounded mean, but most kubara weapons tend to break more often but gain more than other weapons do.

oh no you did'nt sound mean lol I just thought it that way beacuse I was told that by others. I don't synth Kubara myself so. Was told this like I said by quite a few people guess they were wrong lol
