We don't have much raccons in my neighbor hood. The owner/manager guy of my apt puts traps out for the little bastards.

Every July where I live, squirrel casualties increase drastically along the roads and highways in Central California. Once, when I was quite young, I counted 30+ squished masses over an 11 mile stretch of highway.
