Blue Burst FAQ?

Hey, I'm new to PSO: BB, and I was wondering if anyone could sort of "revive" the stickied FAQ for Blue Burst. It could just be me, but it seems that the link's broken... Which kinda leaves a new player like me in a fairly desolate position.

Anyone who can help? =D

Ah, I had actually already read through that article. Sorry, I should be a bit more specific -- is there an FAQ that essentially "teaches" me the basics? Right now I'm kinda functioning on trial-and-error, and I really don't want to find out that I've been making a giant error when I'm already like Level 50 or something. ^_^"
